I recently did an oil change and brake fluid change on my '08 E90. I updated the Bavarian Technic software to the latest version, and when I tried to reset the CBS for oil change, brake fluid service, and vehicle inspection, I was only able to reset the oil change. In the past I had trouble resetting and contacted them. Their response was to install an older version, I think 1.8.6.0. I started with the next older one, and then the next. Luckily I still had some older software in my downloads folder. 1.8.6.6 did not work, but finally 1.8.6.0 did. Maybe if you can try this, find the older version in your download folder and try to see if the Bavarian Technic works properly again?
