It would have been great to watch Kobe play against Indiana. Looking at next week though with the lakers playing sac, pho and washington. Lakers need all the games they can get, but they should be able to "afford" to let Kobe sit those games if he needs.
There's a chance that Gasol might play next week, so might ease the transition of Pau in the lineup as well.
Lakers really need that 6th seed though....
