yeah. I forgot what it's called. I think they call it an ignition coil cover in the bentley manual. Also, you don't need to remove the mounts. You will have more than enough clearance working underneath and above the car to get to all the nuts. An extra set of hands wouldn't hurt in guiding the socket onto the studs.
Make sure you have gaskets for the lower flanges or remove the exhaust if you want to reuse them. They will get banged up if you try to remove the manifold with the exhaust on. How are you going to bolt up with the MMW headers?
