Please stop with the magazine racing. Real life is where it's at. These are some real life numbers from a 545 owner in PA. Here's the link and quote:

Hi all.The weather has cooled down on the east coast so it's time for more testing.

I tried several runs this morning and had to learn my starting method all over again. It seems that I must modify my method several times during the year in order to get the best times.Today the best method was,DTC/DTS off, brake torque to 1200 rpm, release brake and push gas to floor. My best time is:
0-60........5.00
60'..........2.00
330'........5.72
1/8 time..8.72
1/8 spd...81.90
1/4 time..13.43
1'4 spd...104.70
0-100......11.55
Weather conditions as follows:
temp........56F
dew pt......43F
bar..........30.20
altitude....400'
humidity..63%
I am sure Zman will apply the proper correction factors when he has time .I am not sure if the factor will be a positve or negative number.I have a feeling it will be close to zero.

When are you west coasters going to do more testing?
So, would you please be so kind again and tell me how easy it will be for a 335 to take down a 545? Yes, the 335 will probably beat the 545 but not by much. There is no flame intented here. Just information to be shared.
