You cut open the muffler/mufflers, remove the fiberglass packing, cut out the "swiss cheese pipe" weld in straight pipe, replace fiberglass filling, weld it up and you now have better sounding exhaust. Its a budget mod that most shops over charge for.

Someone posted up the inside of a 335d muffler on a Facebook group I'm apart of, thought maybe you 335i guys could use these instead of ripping apart your stockers. Just a thought!
