Bimmerprofs maybe able to confirm exactly what your issue is they also provide free remote diags if you have the INPA screenshots but since you already have the fault codes they may still help. I've linked you to their blog in regards to blown MOSFETS which is a common issue and can be fixed by them or others specialists in the UK, I would fix the DME first as it's likely that it's causing the false injector failure codes. You also have a NOX sensor fault which will effect stratified operation (increases your fuel consumption if not fixed), I recommend their NOXEM rather cheaper and more reliable than BMW's OEM sensor which tends to fails so often on the N53, I've fitted one and have no complaints.
