He knew I was modded, but he always had me remove them before anything was done to the car. I wasn't "fuilly" modded at the time, just tune, fmic, intake and exhaust. Only mods they didn't care about were the exhaust and FMIC. Their hands are tied though, the SA doesn't have much authority if something bad were to happen.
