His name is Chris, he is a good guy and the best SA to talk to if you go in there. He told me the guy that has his office next to him would have flagged my car if I had gone to him instead. I didn't care since I don't have a warranty anways but I guess they can still flag it and then I wouldn't have been eligible for any future recalls.
