I thought higher the offset, more sit flush with fenders, no?

Say, if I put 5 or 10 mm spacers, which makes the offset 33~38, don't you think it will stick out and rub on fenders?

Is 43 offset too much for E92 to handle? I don't want rims touching control arms nor to roll/shave the fenders. So these set up won't fit without doing any of these?
