Oh, I see. Not that I've ever seen (and I have recently been looking at running M3 struts on my non-M car). The M3 bilsteins etc all look to have a sleeve welded onto the strut body, rather than a separate part which could be retrofitted. I think your best bet would be to fit whole M3 struts, since I don't think M3 shocks will fit non-M top mounts...but I could well be wrong! Whichever way, it'll be an adventure for sure. Good luck!
You may also have some fun with the track rods, since the M3 knuckle has slightly different geometry from the non-M one...M3 track rods are longer to accommodate the different knuckle and different wishbone.
