I had the same ticking noise in my engine just before I reached my break-in. Some days it is there and sometimes it's not. It goes away after driving a couple of miles or when the engine is warm. Found out the oil level was low ( check you manual). I filled it to the max level and the noise never came back. If it persists then check with your dealer.
