a decent condition used head is still 5-600 dollars.
you'd be into it for near a grand just to swap a used head on it yourself, after you replace all the stuff you should replace because you're there.

If the cylinder wall or piston is damaged, it's over.
Would second a USB borescope through the plug hole to look for damage.

Maybe you get lucky and it's just a stuck valve from a plastic bit in the seat.
