Can't go wrong with OEM, especially on things like this. Even if you're not under warranty anymore. I've changed out my honda's MT fluid to the recommended Redline fluid for my area and it was a bad experience that had me thinking I was doing damage to my transmission. I stopped driving till I got some OEM fluids and changed back. Not going through that again.
Just wish a reputable store would sell the needed amount for a reasonable price. I can't just have hazmat sitting around and at $150 a jug where I only need @ half that, I am not just going to get rid of the unused amount. Unfortunately everyone I know that have bimmers have auto's.
