Yeah I've been scared of lapping there for years. Finally popped my Mosport GP cherry with a proper instructional trackday earlier this year. What an epic course, I'm not wasting time or resources elsewhere in the future. No other local track can compare!

I mean look at that video. Around 0:42, that turn is capable of holding that GT3 at almost 120MPH. That's nuts. All the turns are such high speed that if you cook it, you're writing your car off for sure. There's no walking away from making a mistake at Mosport and that's probably why many are apprehensive about driving the GP track.

Our chief instructor who has been racing for 25 years mentioned that Mosport GP is the fastest track in North America. Sure seems that way!

Anyways, looks like I'll be getting different tires for my track set... I was really hoping to trash a set of cheap Federals but the above photos aren't worth the risk
