It is a bit involved with using ftp via the cable on an Ethernet port and logging into the CIC to access the files. Definitely possible. For anyone looking to do it this way google "generalPersistencyData_DiagnosticSWTControlle r" <- this is the file you need to download from the CIC HDD to then convert into a 1b file via hex editor. You can then generate FSC codes with the 1b file.

Yep newer method which wasn't available when I extracted mine. Probably easier yes, but I don't know about this method. Just posted what I knew, but prob better suggestion yes.
Cars that had CIC from factory should have the OBD Ethernet connection. Good point Vince!
