Need a fluid and filter change.....pretty easy job. The small rubber tubes have shrunk on yours my buddy's was doing the same thing. He actually just used DS mode most mornings until it warmed up prior to changing filter and fluid. Just remember to put the shift linkage back in the slot upon reassembly, we learned that lesson the hard way...lol.
