yes, I got wheels just for the tires, as the labor to remove the tire and install a different tire is about the same price
also that allows me to have thinner tires on 17" wheels, which are much better for snow traction than the summer size in a winter tire
I did get the TPMS sensors, but only because I had the money at the time, would probably not do again, and just check the tires more often
