Yes that is my kit in the video. The eBay link I sent was a $85 03/08 CCC that you would need to grab just a new trim piece for that goes around the newer CCC. Post 03/07 BMW made a lot of bug fixes with the e90 including a CCC 2.0 that's much more reliable than the early CCC unit your car had. I only really hear of the earlier units failing. You can easily DIY code the replacement CCC unit unlike the cic which you have to deal with FSC codes.

My CIC kit comes everything you need to retrofit a cic in your car retaining the factory CCC controller. I shouldn't be advertising my kits on here since I am not a registered vendor and I could be a snake.
