Just wanted to share my experiences.
I was looking for a plug and play, error free fog light bulb that would match my HID headlights.
I contacted E92-Lighting and he suggested a set of bulbs. I ordered and had the bulbs installed and one of them was bad. I'm sure the quality control in China isn't the greatest and SOMEONE is gonna have to get the small percentage of bad bulbs that come out.
There were some other complicating factors but they replied to PM's promptly, contacted the manufacturer for me, and went out of his way to offer a mutually agreeable solution. The original manufacturer tried to blame me for touching the bulb and was not being cooperative. I had the bulbs installed at a dealership and watched the tech use latex gloves and be very careful NOT to touch the bulb. E92-Lighting resolved the issue out of their own pockets.
This is how a forum vendor should conduct business. There are quite a few out there that could learn a thing or two from E92-Lighting.
