If you're thinking about spending $1300 to fix your current CCC system, put it back in your wallet and save it for a CIC kit. The kit alone from Bimmer Retrofit is around $1500, I think. I'll be doing a CIC retrofit when I finish with my FBO project. It's definitely one of those worthwhile upgrades on a CCC-equipped car. Adds a little uniqueness to the car, too.
