replacing door weatherstrip? - just plug and go?

I have had more wind noise on the passenger side in the upper rear corner since day 1. It now seems like that weatherstrip is not as firm as the drivers side (in that specific area) allowing the rubber to get more gap above 70.

Does the thing just pull away and the new one fit in its place. No glue or anything?

This seems to be it..
