You need to buy a pneumatic automotive liquid transfer (vacuum) pump, like a Motive brake bleeder, or AKA oil extractor. There are many different models on the market. It's basically a big plastic can with a pneumatic hand pump that builds a vacuum in the tank, which then uses a plastic tube to pull the fluid out of the diff.
