Just don't go to D&L tints in Towson - or the towson area... Had a friend of mine go in her brand new, fully loaded, 335i mtech... and they shattered the driver's side window and scraped the entire door during the install. Saw the video, and they refuted the whole thing - stating that we brought the car in with the scratches on the door, etc... it was wholly ridiculous.
