No egr gasses mean more air less crap so it should burn the charge hotter. That means more power more mpg and dpf is better looked after (exhaust gasses hotter).
Higher NO2 gasses but who cares?

I've done over 300 miles so far, it's all positive, as previously mentioned -
Quicker spool
Sharper throttle response
Larger power band and more use of the torque on light throttle in 'D'
Crisper midrange power
Less asthmatic top end (not that it was before)
Fuel econ is looking like its better (to be confirmed)
No waste exhaust gasses getting back into the engine
NO engine management light
Will keep this updated as the miles increase
