not normally, they sometimes charge you abit more (like 15 per wheel instead of 10) but end of the day, work is work, would be silly to turn it away.
just need to take this into consideration when ordering online, its always worth getting an online price then trying your local, independant tyre retailer to see if they can get near the price with fully fitted tyres...
