With my experience with the Alto Group we had concluded negotiation on price 4 months earlier and signed a contract. They then lied to us about a fake price increase to try and get the money back they should have received if they had negotiated succesfully in the first place.

The day after we signed the contract the sales manager said his Alto supervisor had said he should not have sold the vehicle at such a reduced price! So if you go to an Alto dealership even if you do negotiate well they will not stand by their word, they will blackmale you after a 4 month wait to retrieve their profit.

End of the day my experience shows if you deal with Alto Group here in Australia the culture dictates they will screw you in the end unless your negotiation ends up with you buying the car they want you to buy at the price they want to sell.

We found Worthington BMW to be a reputable and honest dealership if your looking around the Sydney area. As a result they now have our money and we have the best car we have ever owned
