To the OP and anyone else who may have had issues with their dealer, I highly encourage you to file a complaint with the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, which is the Virginia regulatory agency for car dealerships:

If they receive enough complaints about a dealership, they can take civil action against the dealership.
