i would check to see the the BSD line is plugged in
which is the small blue plug and that the power cable for the
IBS which is the larger blue plug is plugged into the battery
distribution block in one of the slots that is populated with
a 12 volt plug.

You can see the BSD line in the first picture(small blue connector wrapped with large cable bundle) the power cable
for the IBS that goes to one of the slots on the battery distribution block is obscured by the battery hold down clamp.(first link last response)
Not all slots have and active 12 volt blade if they didn't get it
back to the same one it could have no power.
When my battery was changed the BSD line got unplugged which is why they were wondering why they couldn't register the battery.
