Yes it is valid in Canada.
You need to “activate” this feature before you can use it. The good news is you only need to activate it once.
Just sent two packages back to FCP. I don’t believe we Canadians get the option to just print a label, but under this program PayPal will refund up to CAD$30 per order. That should cover most if not all of any return.

I would think this is simply to reduce the number of people taking advantage of their Lifetime Guarantee for oil (or anything, for that matter), but also wonder whether PayPal has anything to do with it.
