If going with the M3 ducts I would probably say best to shorten them to fit in the bumper and then use like flexible ducting to go from the rear of the OEM M3 duct to the hole in the wheel well. I like how the OEM ducts fit and look, just need to perfect the direction of the air flow to the brake duct holes.

I'm with you there. That's my dilemma. How to best create a plastic tube/duct that connects the bumper to the fender liner hole.
