I know people have also bought similar ones direct from China for cheaper but I wanted local support.
I was building a new house so had the opportunity to form the cut outs when they slab was poured. They also have an above ground option.
It has mechanical locks which require a compressor to disengage.
The bits I have circled below rest against piece of metal when locked. To come down it goes up a bit to take off the tension, then a solenoid fires and lifts up that flap using the compressed air, then it comes down.
I do wish that the first lock was lower.
