E90 - 2009 335i:: jerk/jump when engine cold... Normal?

Hey guys,

So I've had my bmw now for about 2 weeks and have noticed on a normal basis I'm getting a jerk or jump feel affect every time I drive and engine/oil is cold. I quickly figured this out, that it was only until it started heating up.

Before anyone says go research, majority of what Im finding is related to a jerk while coming to a stop. http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/bmw-3-series-owners/74249-gearbox-solenoid-change-jerking-problem-solved-e90.html
This isn't my situation..

While I'm stopped, engine cold, release break, hesitation and then a lurch forward. It's a little annoying and kind of embarrassing to have a nice car and go to give someone a ride and let them experience that. Anyone know what's the deal or able to point me to a thread discussing this?!?!? Thanks in advance
