Why do ppl have to make comments....someone is selling and some will buy, if you don't like the price don't buy it or give your realistic quote.
Moreover, if I'm a buyer, I don't mind paying little extra money if I know the owner is an enthusiast and took good care of the car. It's much better than buying a car from a dealer without any insight about the previous owner.
