I'm the seller of the Boston car, and I appreciate the feedback. I think the price was fair - realizing the car was a bit of a "unicorn" and in high demand. The car is definitely not "crusty" - yes northeast, but I took care of it as best as I can. It has two small dents (parking lot ding-a-lings), and the usual stone chips from interstate travel. The interior is in great shape. (Definitely no sagging headliners and the like!!) It has 200k miles on the original clutch. If the new owner keeps driving it like I did, it will last a while. But, it's got 200k on a wear item. The front end does "clunk" over big bumps - but my (respectable) mechanic told me not to worry about it. (Generally speaking, mechanics like to do work on cars... his conclusion was odd to me, but I respected it.) If I were to keep the car for the next 100k miles, I would just replace the various bushings. But that was not my plan.

I was as forthright as I could with the buyer, and I wish them many happy miles of motoring. Having said that, I have never sold a car that quickly... six hours from Craigslist to cash. Wow. (I might have left some money on the table... but I'm happy, and I hope the buyer is as well.)
