Is your CIC set up with Europe Premium West? If your CIC came with a different map type or region, you will need to add that FSC to your CIC before you can update the maps. (

If you have a retrofit CIC, the 1B file retrieved may not match what the CIC is expecting. (Emulator, Script Activation...)
