Without any codes or driveability problems it's practically impossible to say since there are too many factors involved.

While BMW states a 0-60 time of however many seconds, that is when the car is new (you said yours is high mileage).

Other factors:

-age of tune-up parts like spark plugs, air filter
-fuel quality from the stations you go to
-tire/wheel rolling resistance (larger wheels = heavier weight, tire PSI)
-alignment
-road conditions
-weight in the car (extra cargo, spare tire, full tank of fuel, fat passengers, etc)
-drag from worn bearings/parts like driveshaft u-joints
