flashed stage 3 yesterday. (previoisly had stage 2). and drovr around in traffic and got it pretty adapted to the new flash.
D mode is very smooth, no complaints at all.
S mode is noticeably faster, rev matching is quite nice.
M mode is lightning fast. but i get a little lurch forward if i downshift from 3->2 around 1800rpm or so. its not as bad as what other members are describing, but its definitely present.
