There are clips on the steering wheel emblem. Just don't plan on reusing your existing roundel. I replaced mine with a new one that was black/white.
Like any other item you attempt to remove, don't force anything and take your time. If you use a screwdriver, see where the plastic is pulling up, and redirect your prying using those spots as fulcrum points.
