I'm not sure what fuel you have in Mexico, but yes, FMIC is the last thing needed for any OTS tune.
MHD is all you need. You'll need the flash + monitor licenses, or just get the super license. It comes with a whole host of maps. If you have 93 octane there, then you should be all set to run the stage 2+fmic map which is the most aggressive pump gas tune.
If you have E85 in mexico, there are a few OTS tunes for ethanol mixes (like e30, etc) which will give even more power. With an N55 you probably can't quite reach 400bhp but you'll have tons of torque. With some ethanol, you can reach 400bhp. Hope this helps and enjoy!
