Hell no! Don't pay for the inspection. Let them inspect it if they want, but it has to be free. What's the purpose of inspecting it if you're still under warranty when you're buying the extended warranty? They're going to have to fix whatever issue they find. What do they want to inspect?

The dealer only read my key when I bought my extended warranty. He didn't even cared about checking out the car.
