TBH: If it's a track only car and you have everything up to date, you can signoff on everything yourself. I'm not sure they even have a place for the shop to signoff on anymore.
I've been to events where they have given the tech form to someone in line and they filled it out theirself.
Main things would be coolant, brakes and brake fluid.
If your car has gone through a race tech for this year, you won't have any issues.
Most of the time for HPDE they're for street cars. Full blown track only cars should have a better maintenance schedule anyway.
