For 19x8.5/9.5, optimal offset for E90 fitment to F10 fitment would be ET35 F/R. ET40 rears could work also. Since you're open to spacers, you can run spacers if you wanted.
Only concern are the tire sizes. For the F10, 245/40 and 275/35 is recommended.
