You may be able to get them to eliminate or reduce the "lease fee" and "documentation fee", but the others are definitely non-negotiable. This whole thing of dealers charging fees for documentation / admin is just total bs. Their job is to sell and finance cars. What other business charges a fee on top of the price of its products for selling its core product!?!
