Hey jaybird, I could be mistaken on this but I thought the 335d carried the ZF 6hp
28 which is rated to 700Nm (approx. 515 lb-ft)... and that the 335i had the 6hp26 rated at 443. It was my understanding that we shared the same tranny as the 550i and 750i which come stock at 450 lb-ft.
If somebody knows for sure, please chime in. I'll try to dig a little more later.
