Yes, you should be fine. Here are my notes from last installation:

Replace springs:
-put lift under control arm
-remove lower control arm bolt (21 mm)
-lower lift
-pull arm down, and remove spring
-replace rubbers if needed
-put spring, and raise with a lift. Need to raise pretty high for the bolt to go in comfortably
-install lower control arm bolt
-remove lift
