Sorry for the follow on but I am still steaming!
When it comes to spending BMW$ for a car you expect a certain level of service, I honestly think I am a very easy going and relaxed customer... but I really hate being ignored. Canbec has a beautiful showroom and gives you every expectation of a premium level of service, but what you get it less than what you would expect from buying a 10yr old Honda civic from a curbsider.
If I could I would drive my car back to the dealership and give it back, as it is I will be going somewhere else for service and will never visit there dealership again.
