Hi,

I have a 2011 323i (Canadian version) without the welcome light at door. I saw a video that I can cut the door trim and install it myself.

Is there any wire already available to hook up the light?

I watched a video and it was shown to connect with window wire to get power. However, I was also thinking whether it is possible to power from the light at the foot area.
