By the sound of it, you are not a player so you have to relax and not think too much about anything other than just try having a good time like if you were hanging with one of your buddies. When the time comes she will show you some sort of sign e.g. Passively touching you while talking or just that special look and then and only then you make your move and not too aggressively! The point is relax make her laugh and if the planets are aligned everything will fall into place. Otherwise you may have just made a new friend
