Usually is the tab for the toe link. Two option other than replacing the subframe: weld on bracket for the eccentric bolt, or aftermarket toe links with lock down plates and bolts. I'm suggesting these because often subframe swap will open more headaches, like rusted brake lines that can't disconnect, and also a lot of money. Just so you can see:
