So I was messing around with my amp now, increasing my bass boost and gain by only 1/5 or so and while inside the car, its sounds very clean and crisp still...but when i stepped out of the car and closed the doors...shit, the car freakin rattles like a mofo. Im assuming since i increased the gain, it made the subs hit much stronger. I mean inside the car, you dont hear any rattling/distortion at all. So i bought another dynamat set and this time im gonna dynamat the hole where u place in the sub enclosure, hopefully thats the problem. You hear the rattling more near the side skirts too, so it has to be that hole...right?
